We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196, 30 June 2003 ( "Code concerning the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Under Article 13 of law no. 196/2003, we inform you that:

The treatment will be using manual, computer and data, with logic strictly related to the purposes for which they were collected, however, to ensure the security and confidentiality of data and in accordance with Article. 11 paragraph 1 of D. Lgs. N 196, 30 June 2003.

3. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO ANSWER
The conferment of data is voluntary, refusal to provide such data for the purposes specified under letters a) and b) of paragraph 1 of this information could result in failure or partial performance of the service, otherwise in relation to the letters c) provision of data is optional and failure to consent will have no consequences.

4. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Excluding communication and diffusion in the legal obligations and contracts, the data provided will be used only for the fulfillment of the law and may be communicated, for the sole purpose of credit protection and better management of the respective rights of the individual relationship trade, in particular:
- Company to recover loans and credit insurance;
- Consultants and service companies;
- Professionals for the fulfillment of tax obligations and accounting;
